Returns & Refund Policy

We at Wildharmo are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a delightful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following guidelines:

Return Requirements

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene concerns, the following items cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings.
Customized products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

Return Condition

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • All items must be in their original condition, with all tags (including any Wildharmo hangtags) attached.
  • Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack and ship the return items securely to our warehouse.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns without prior authorization through our Returns Portal or by email at support@wildharmo.com will not be processed.

How to Make a Return?

  1. Log in to your account
    Sign into your user account on our website.
  2. Contact Us
    Email us at support@wildharmo.com with pictures showing the problem or defect.
  3. Pack and Ship
    Securely pack your return items in the original packaging (if possible). Attach the return label provided by us to the outside of the package.
    Drop off the package with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after receiving the return label.

Fast Refund

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded.
After 24 Hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Shipped Orders: We cannot accept cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.

Important Notes

  • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or failed delivery attempts will not have shipping charges refunded.
  • Wildharmo is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
